MEMBERSHIP FORM

The goal of the Green River Bass Club is to promote tournament bass fishing in a friendly and safe environment.  If you and a partner would like to join the Green River Bass Club, please complete, sign, and return the form below to the tournament director(s) along with your membership dues of $60 per two person team ($30 per person).  If your team would choose to reduce the number of required tournaments to qualify for the classic by one (6 to 5), you may do so by paying an additional $10 per person in member dues. ($40 per person, $80 per team).  There is only allowed two paid memberships per team. You must be a member to fish in points tournaments.
